Nonprofit Prince George’s County is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Operations are managed by a full-time Executive Director, Operations Director and fulfilled with support of part-time and contractual professionals. This diverse team of leaders, including its community advisors, is committed to working proficiently to attain notable results that benefit the nonprofit community of Prince George’s County.

Community Advocates for Family & Youth
Howard Burnett, our Board President, has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, labor relations officer, executive assistant to the superintendent, associate superintendent, and interim chief executive officer during his 30+ years of service with Prince George’s County Public Schools. In 2006, Mr. Burnett was appointed Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Health and Human Services for the Prince George’s County Government and served admirably in that position until he retired in 2011. He has received numerous awards and honors during his military and public service career.
Tiffany Turner
Executive Director
Tiffany Turner, named Executive Director of Nonprofit Prince George's County in 2020, has a diverse background and brings years of experience across a myriad of nonprofit causes, including racial equity, human trafficking, domestic violence and healthcare. Tiffany is proud of her many roles including that of mother, daughter, friend, advocate, trainer and change agent. As a proven leader and learner, with remarkable dedication, she is driven by her desire and determination to enhance the lives of others.
"We are at a place in time that requires transformation of mindsets, systems and societies. This critical point requires collective thought, leadership and collaboration," Tiffany shares. "I am dedicated to working with nonprofits, community leaders and our team to provide our community with a continued support system during these challenging times and beyond. I am honored and excited to serve as Executive Director and further the mission of Nonprofit Prince George’s County.”
